XMARTO WiFi Security Camera Range Extender

This WiFi camera range extender/repeater is compatible with xmartO WiFi NVR camera systems. By placing the repeater between the NVR and the cameras, it automatically connects cameras with weak signals and relays the connection to the NVR, ensuring a stable connection.

For all systems, the basic setup step involves pairing the repeater to the NVR. Bring the repeater close to the NVR, hold the sync button for 10 seconds, and the 'NVR' LED will stay on, indicating a successful pairing.

For G3 camera systems (NVR version 3.0.7+ and camera version 3.2+), the repeater can automatically establish an WiFi relay connection. Simply place the repeater somewhere along the path between the NVR and the cameras. Within seconds, the repeater will connect to the NVR, and in a matter of minutes, it will detect the connection status of nearby cameras. It will then connect to cameras with weak signals and relay the connection back to the NVR. If the cameras already have acceptable connections to the NVR, the repeater will not alter the existing connections.

For G2 camera systems (NVR version 2), manual configuration is required for the WiFi relay. If a camera (let's call it Camera A) has an intermittent connection to the NVR, plug the repeater into the path between the NVR and Camera A. Then, go to the Camera Manage - WiFi Relay menu on the NVR and add Camera A behind the repeater. For this process, Camera A must have a good connection to the NVR so that it can receive commands from the NVR.

To check the connection status, navigate to the NVR's Camera Manage - WiFi Relay menu. Ensure that the Auto WiFi Relay option is selected.
